Sai Palace Grand is a reasonably priced hotel at a very central place in Malad, lots of value for money. It has decent facilities, good restaurants, room service. Overall cleanliness is good, though there is room for improvement. Breakfast spread is excellent with various vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. There is also decent parking in front of the hotel as well as Valet Parking.We liked our stay very much.

We were travelling as part of a flight layover, for a period of 24 hrs. The hotel team accommodated all our requests and since we did not want to open our baggage and repack, they assisted us with all the bathroom amenities as we requested. A late checkout with a half day charge was also accommodated. We did not have the breakfast this time as we were still recovering from a jetlag, however, we did get a call to remind us for the breakfast. A big thank you to the team of the Hotel, all the housekeeping team, concierge guys handling our very heavy and many luggage, the F&B staff in the restaurant and IRD. This was my third stay in the Hotel and would surely be back whenever we plan to stay in Mumbai.

Hassle free check in. We arrived late in the evening, but the check in was quick and efficient. The room was nice and clean, had a nice view and included fresh linen and toiletries. The buffet breakfast spread was absolutely excellent with a huge spread of cereal, sandwiches, boiled eggs + made to order eggs station, north and south indian dishes, breads, tea, milk, fresh fruits etc. They made sure the food was fresh and constantly replineshed. Excellent staff, we loved our 1 night stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. Location is great.

This group of hotels have a history of running excellent properties in the hospitality industry and know their customers very well. Well-appointed rooms, trained staff, good service quality and outstanding food all make it a compelling stay!
